In September, 2021 we chose Stephanie to sell our home of 20 years where we raised our four children. We had a time line to sell our home by the end of the year. Stephanie met that time line. We got an offer in the middle of November. Stephanie guided us through all steps from home fix up, showing our home in open houses, and then finding our real estate lawyer to close the sale of our home. I have sold and bought a number of homes. Most importantly, Stephanie insured visitors to home were qualified to purchase if home suited them. As important to me, was fact that while she was expert on the market and offered her views, she was open and accepting of my input on pricing of home. Fortunately, I did not have to move or sell and thus could wait it out at pricing level agreed at. Most realtors in my experience, would not be interested or lose interest in sticking with the property marketing effort over an extended period. Bottom line, she did what I expected and did not waste my time with tire kickers or try to negotiate me into lowering expectations as time elapsed.
